chlorine evaporates, leave your tap water out for about 24 hours and it'll be fine.. don't PAY to use water for your plants please, that's just plain silly

If anyone can tell me what the yellowing of those leaves is from I'd very much appreciate it. I've been using straight water for the last 3 days. Don't know the pH (kinda short on money).
