We've had people like Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard) and Jim Carrey come into the kitchen apparently. We are a big name hotel so celebrities are not a rarity.

When I say fancy-schmancy I mean one night at this place costs 700$. Anyways its hard work but the people are nice. My boss is, truth be told, a bit intimidating, but a nice guy once you get past that. He's ex-military and spent the whole night telling me stories of how him and his Hells Angels friends would take kids that piss them off and tie them up at the tide line.
