Police Use Taser On 12-Year-Old On School Bus
Using a taser on a 12yo kid does seem a bit excessive. On the other hand, the kid was clearly willing to brawl with the cop. It's obvious the cop was going to have to use some form of force to subdue the kid. What if she wrestled him to the ground and wound up accidentally breaking his arm? I'm sure Pisshead and Marlboro would have found that excessive too. So what are the cops supposed to do? Uphold the law and arrest those that break it as long as they don't need to use any force what-so-ever to do their job?
At least the kid learned a lesson early and might think twice about resisting arrest next time.
