You are no doubt,all about solving your problems with anger. This is eveident in the phrases you use and "who the fuck cares" is just a way for you to distant yourself from the reality of the situation. A way for you to justify your belief in force to conform.

Whether the cop was female or not makes no difference, if a police officer cant subdue a 12 year old boy, how are they competent to subdue an adult. Regardless of the sex of the officer.

Who knows maybe the kid does have mental problems, so your solution is to use anger and to forcefully control him against his will. And any use of force is warranted to bend him into your ideal of conformity.

Same thing went on dureing the inquisition, and in Salem with witch hunts. As soon as a person does not conform to the ideals of the popular culture it is your belief that force is warranted to break their will.

If the kid was on drugs, at 12 years old and useing drugs, it is the parents fault with out a doubt. If this kid has any parents. If your child is molested, it may not be your fault they were molested to begin with. But with molested children they all have similiar outcomes to the event. So for a parent not to know their child well enough to tell something is wrong, yes its the parents fault.

Most child abuse is known about by the parents, in cases of incest it is rare that the spouse does not know what is going on, but it is common for them to deny it.

Like I said,no matter the circumstances that surround this kids actions, the actions taken by the police officer showed incompetence to say the least.

If you really believe that a cop that most times are dressed in bullet proof vests and armed, should have feared for his/her life from a 12 year old unarmed boy. Well that should just speak for itself as to how scared you really are.
