in canada rights are sweet but barely anyone knows their rights. If a cop says something sly like "now if you dont mind we will do a search" most people wont know to refuse. But if you look like a big dealer or are high as a kite you can tell them to fuck off n they cant do a thing without a warrant. But if your caught smokin, thats different. And under an ounce i think is just a small fine and no criminal record.
