Well, I know there is a "under the influence of a controlled substance" crime. I'm going to assume they determine this with drug tests, though I would think unless you were being SUPER out of it, you were being belligerent or disruptive in a public situation (not very likely on weed) they won't have probable cause, and would require your consent for the test. So basically, if you don't have anything on you, just try and act normal and refuse drug tests. If you're driving and you refuse however, I think you can loose your liscence, but I'm not sure.

Yeah there's not much they can do, as long as you don't have anything on you. They can search you I think but thats about it. Just don't drive around and if you're going to have a large amount on you and you're going to be traveling take only what you need and leave the rest at home.

youll be fine, but TECHNICALLY they can make you give a drug test. You agreed to it if you ever got a drivers license. IT says that at any time if a peace officer requests a drug test you must submit. But unless you really are fuckin with people, they arent gonna waste their time with the paperwork for a 100 dollar fine.

Not in the U.S. without probable cause, or consent. Basically they will try and trick you into saying yes to a search of your person and your belongs. REFUSE even if you don't have anything on you. If a cop TELLS you are being searched then just comply, but if there is any sense of an option refuse.

Cops can't do jack shit if your high just walking down the street. Even if your eyes are bloodshot, the reddest shade of red, they can't do jack shit, as long as you don't have anything on you, and you're not being a complete ass....

While this is true, the fact of appearing to be under the influence of a mind-altering substance is sufficent grounds for a probable-cause search in most, if not all, jurisdictions within the US.
