It's not the kits it's just the method of growing. You can build a system for yourself with a lot of the parts coming from the 99ΒΆ store. For one or two plants and only a few ounces of bud is your goal every 4 months or so then it's fine. The light will work but will you get a pound of bud with it-NO- not even close but will it grow some buds then YES. It's just a method of growing, there are some things you will want to add later on but why not get started now and learn. A good book is a must for any grower; the forums can be so overwhelming and are filled with dribble.

The price seems good and it appears to have it all but I'm not sure about the wattage. It seems too low but then again I really know nothing about growing but I'm willing to learn.
