Keep them dry and cool, a fridge in a air tight dry container is a excellent place. Throw some rice in with the seed, the rice will absorb moisture.
Seed will degrade over time. You should be able to store for 2 or 3 years and even more if stored properly, they will degrade as time passes, proper storage will slow the degrading process.
