Whos Heard of Children of Bodom?

Anyway I was just wondering if any of you have ever listened to the band "Children of Bodom?" I bought a cd of theirs the other day and its fuckin gnarley man. I mean seriously out of all the heavy metal bands out there these days, they really define it. I mean they have loud, raucious, seering guitar, thats well orchestrated and brilliant lead work. It really reminds me of the Thrash of the early 80's but with a sort of new twinge to it. Anyway for any of you metal heads out there, yall gotta definitely check em out if you havent heard em before, cause theyre fuckin kick ass!

Yeah, I have a couple albums. I really dug them when I first heard them because they were so technical. Nowadays I think they are bit on the cheesy side of things, but I still listen to them probobly two or three times a week.

I personally can't stand metal, I'm much more in to the music like Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and all those other psychedelic... uh... bands.

ya I love that shit too, but I love metal too, actually as long as its any form of rock, I love it. Well I dont like any of the new shit thats on mtv and stuff, mostly bands that have been around for 20 years or longer, besides for shadows fall, lamb of god, C.O.B, and black lable society (go figure...huge ozzy fan).

I'm into a lot of shit. I listened to almost exclusively metal for about 2 years though.

Hey creeper, you should give Fear Factory's new album archetype a listen. If you like Lamb of God I think you would really dig archetype.
