i have noticed u seem 2 know ur shit bout the tech side off pcs.one q is it possable 2 make a pic taken with a mobile phone 2 enhance the quality off the pics?there pretty crap from the phone,no detail but would paint shop pro r somethin similer help 2 enhance the detail?nice 1

i think it depends on what needs changing in the pics.. but download adobe photoshop cs2 (use a torrent site cos its pricey to buy) theres so much you can do pretty much anything you can imagine to photos

There is only a limited amount you can do. Despite what you see on shows like CSI, it's not possible to enhance photographs indefinitely. You can't bring out detail that isn't there, it's as simple as that. What you can do is to enhance and bring out the details that are there - adjusting the contrast and brightness goes a long way here. You can also remove artifacts caused by the imaging process, such as Moire patterns and JPEG compression artifacts, which can degrade an image. I have PaintShop Pro, and if you'd like me to take a shot at what you have, I'll look at it.
