Bad reefer "trip"?

I am a bit confused, but I beleive I have read before about people having bad trips on reefer?

Is this normal? I have smoked tons of time, been blown out of my mind quite a few..and all i've felt is happiness and a bit of hunger, the only downside being the cottonmouth..

A few times i've gotten so high that I can't type and barely do any physical tasks next to walking, and stuff kind of look like its wavy once, is that what they are talking about?

The first time I tried it was in this weird kid's house who wore a trench coat and had knives and skulls everywhere and I was scared shitless anyway..but the weed just made everything turn alright and he is one of my good friends now, nice guy.

Anyway, I think the point of this post is "How can getting high be a bad experience, I am just curious?" I am pretty high right now, so I hope this all came out right. I talk more when I am high.

I've had some bad times, being around people I didn't want to hang out with, or having shit built up inside, and smoking just made all that crap a lot clearer. For the most part weed has helped me through a lot of shit. It's all in your head.

well like any other drug it can metabolize (i think that's the wrong word but i don't know) in a person's body diffrent ways thus creating a diffrent feeling for everyone and leading to a bad trip for a few. it would probably also depend on the mind set and mental problems (if any) that the person has. personally the worst i have expereinced is smoking way too much in a form that already makes me sick and puking my guts out all night. but i've known people to trip out (not in a good way) and become very paraniod and freak out, but they're usually fine the next day. and btw....that "weird kid" sounds like he'd be my best friend me loving knives and most other weapons and seeing skulls as art (everythign from rat to human)......was his room painted balck too? mine is lol

haha, no his room was white because he always had people draw stuff all over it.

And I always use the word reefer it just sounds funny, I don't know why..how would that make me a narc?

well my walls are black and i have a blacklight that never goes off literally, and i have ppl draw all over it with flourescent puffy paint (actually called tulip paints) looks pretty sweet...wish i could get a damn good artist to draw a huge ass dragon in them...that would be sweet

Yeah the only times I've seen someone have a bad time with weed were just regular paranoia attacks ("Dude we have to get out of here, my mom is coming, we have to tear ass you guys") and the odd PCP dose.

I've been that high too, where things get very wavy and your vision kind of zooms in sometimes. And also when things go like a flipbook and everything is misty and you feel like you're floating... and some people don't like that?!?

yea personally i like those types of trips...the only negative thing i've ever had was the puking bit...all the rollercoaster feelings and weird visuals are very enjoyable to me...i guess that's the type of person it takes to like other certain drugs too....

Only time I've ever tripped out bad on weed was when it was laced with PCP. I think someone mentioned that earlier. I knew something was up while puffin on it bcz it tasted really funny. I was allready pretty stoned though so I didn't think much of it. Bout half way through the joint I started feeling really trippy. I'm an old veteran w/ doses though so I just went w/ it. It was really different from acid, but simmilar in ways to. I wouldn't do it again, on purpose anyway, but other than that experience I have never hallucinated at all with weed alone. Well... that's my 2 cents about it

I always trip good on weed. But I do know some people that can't smoke weed because they can't handle it, like they hallucinate or start laughing hysterically. I guess It effects everyone different being everyone one is different in some way or another.
