This morning I had a piss test and failed. last night i took alot of niacin and drank like a gallon of water. If u want to pass with niacin you gotta do it like 5 days in a row. NOW I gotta go to YDC for 4 months. so wont be back for a while.

When your urine is analyzed. The compostion of the sample is studied. If for instance a new compound in your urine is discovered, and if this compound is found to be useful in the pharmacutical industry, who will make money off of your urine? You? No? the company that analyzed your urine. Though this is very unlikely, mabey one out of a trillion, It could however be possible. Which means that the actually urine it self and the chemical constituents should be legally your property (which I doubt). The drug testing agency should be able to use the results as evidence for there case against you if a drug test is ordered and you agree. However the company or agency that carries out the examination of your urine should not be able to patend any newly discovered compound, metabolite, microorganism found in your urine. All biological and/or chemical components of your urine should be legally your property, and you as the analyte should have full access by discloser to all lab work, data, and results of the analysis that was carried out by the drug tesing agency. Unfortunately I don't think this is the case.

My probation officer gave me a piss test. Im just a 16 year old kid. I had no choice wether i wanted to take the test or not. Now im going to YDC which is a youth dentension center, and its fucking gay!

I tried that... when i went to court the judge ordered that if i fail any drug screen at all that I go away for a min of 60 days. so I couldnt really get out of that. BUT as we speak im waiting on the lab to call because i took 2 piss test for my PO and kept telling him i didnt smoke so i kept drinking water and went next door and had a lab test dont... that was yesterday... do u think there is n e way i will pass the lab test... i mean i took like 10 niacin wednesday and drank even more water bofore the lab test.
