Although the police can be arseholes and have problems they do help stop the country from falling apart.

If you disagree with the drugs laws (like me) then you should have issues with politicians not police!

i know this is nothing to do with anything but i was looking for my brothers house years ago (he lives in holland) one night so i asked a pair of cops for directions, they were acting strange and kept forgetting what they were saying so i was like what the fuck and had a closer look at them, they were off their heads on e! LOL i thought to myself, i read in a paper months later that there had been drug problems in the pig force and that it had all been cleaned up, anyway 'peace out' as they say

I think cops exist to protect the general public from eachother ie. rape, murder, abuse, battery, theft...but I think they should just leave them alone if they aren't hurting anyone. Weed hurts nobody therefore...

I agree... we definitely need them around to track down the psychos (serial killers, etc), but smoking weed is a victimless crime. they're just wasting resources and manpower on throwing stoners in jail. it's really ironic, seeing as how stoners are probably the most non-violent people ever...

I have no problem with most cops. Some abuse their authurity and are assholes but some also are their to really help out. I don't know how many times I have been busted for weed back when I was younger and some nice cops would just let walk away without taking me to jail. Weed is illegal. They're just doing their job.

Cops just try and do their jobs for the most part. There are a few dicks out there, but really they are just trying to take care of the most dangerous or threatening things off the street first. People that hate cops just for being cops might as well hate circus performers just for being in the circus.

I feel like most cops are assholes. I can give you a great example of a few
dealings with them recently, but too long of stories. Sometimes I'll deal
with a cop and find they're very polite, nice and friendly, and it makes me
realize that not all cops are assholes, but the truth is a lot of them are.

I think it is accurate to say many like the power trip.
