Does this look like pot?

Hey. I found this plant in my neighbor's backyard, that kinda looked like pot. I'm not sure if it is, so I took some pics. Sorry the first three pics suck,I was in a rush and I had to take them at night, so I couldn't see shit. Then I went out there like an hour later to take some of the leafs off to take the picture, and the plant was wet, and it wasn't before and it didn't rain, so I figured he must have watered it.

That's not a marijuana plant dude. Just some garden weed or somethin'. Definately not bud.

Sorry, dude, not in the least. You can tell because that is five leaflets on a stem, whereas pot is a large, five-pronged leaf--one leaf only per stem.

ligitimate mistake , I have seen some weird looking plants especially in their beginings
