For about 2 weeks my left foot, and strangely only my left foot, has been a tad sore. then yesterday I got THE WORST FOOT CRAMP OF MY LIFE :eek: . pain beyond belief. now, I keep getting them unless I'm massaging and stretching it all the bloody time and it hurts just to walk. it's in the arch of my foot btw.
