Actually, you're right, I barely have any arch at all, though I had no idea that would make me susceptable to foot pain.

btw, thanks for all the info too mlleyeuxblues . thanks everybody.

I've now come up with a theory as to the pain though. I have this big wooden record case in my room and when I do situps in my workout routine, I stick my toes under it and use them to hold me in place while I go up and down, which now that I think of it, is probably a strain on the tendons. I just did my situps an hour ago using mostly my right foot to support me, and sure enough my right one is bad now!
mrdevious Reviewed by mrdevious on . Terrible foot cramps! any suggestions? For about 2 weeks my left foot, and strangely only my left foot, has been a tad sore. then yesterday I got THE WORST FOOT CRAMP OF MY LIFE  . pain beyond belief. now, I keep getting them unless I'm massaging and stretching it all the bloody time and it hurts just to walk. it's in the arch of my foot btw. I've been limping around the house all day, any ideas what's doing this, how to fix it? Rating: 5
