I think I made it to flower this time!! please help

Hi! my plant is 10wks, 2ft and has 20 leafs. Im growing in an old armoire with a 2 1/2 plant & aquarium light. I have made it almost airtight with my own air intake system. I have not made an out take cause I have had no need tus far. The one plant that made it this time looks real healty. I started my 12/12 3 days ago. and Im getting nice little plants from the big leafs. Does this sound like its flowering. Cant send picture jus yet. O yes Im only been watering with grow stick cocktails. Ill tell what it is If the plant sounds right if not Ill keep to my self and try somthing else. holla!

you'll know its flowering when you see the little white pistils come out of the nodes. it usually takes a few weeks after turning the lights back, so i doubt it is flowering. do a little internet research and see what it looks like, so you know what to expect. try to find some pics about male plants too so you can tell the difference

I addded a soft white for a little more heet.
been trying to grow for a while I can get seeds to sprout?No problem!1/2 foot plant?No problem!
But no smoke thus far
so every bit helps thanks.

take that soft white outta there. thats not a good kind of light. do some research on the internet to see what kinds of lights give off more lummens. lummens are what you want. the more the better. i use an energy efficient flourescent one that gives off 2000 lummens. incandecent bulbs only make the plant grow taller and skinnier. they only give off around 300 or 400 lummens, i think. in the ideal situation, you would get some high pressure sodium bulbs. i say ideal because they are expensive as hell. i was researching it and a 25o ballast and light system cost around 250 bucks. not cheap. the ten dollar flourescent ones work fine. make sure you check the lummens. oh yea, and i hope youve lined the inside of that armoir (spelling?) with some reflective material such as tin foil or those reflective survival blankets. the survival blankets work well and only cost a few dollars. the reflective materials make better use of the light. how far away are these lights anyways? a few inches? a foot? closer the better but remember to keep a fan in there to move the air around and keep the heat off em.

Thanks for the info...I'm a newbie but not that new..I can get them that tall easily it's just the flowering...I think I'm forced to order better nutrients and shit...I don't know where you live but around my way I can grab a HPS outdoor house kit for the HOTTT $$$1oo all you would need is a shield..But too much juice I ain't stupid...Know any thing about nutrients? Holla!!!! Oh yeah I'm feeling you on the safety blanket or maybe one of those things you use to cover da windshield

i use miracle grow patio formula for vegitative growth and miracle grow african violet formula for flowering. remember to stop useing fert a few weeks before harvest to clear out the nutrients, you dont want to smoke that shit. use only regular water the last two-two and a half weeks. start out with small concentrations of the solution and steadily increase the amounts. you can steadily increase it the longer it grows. watch for nutrient burn tho this is yellowing of the leaf edges. if you see this, stop using the nutes and flush it out with plain water and use only water for a week or so.
