What do MH lights look like? can anyone gimme an idea? also, (obviously) I am not as knowledgeable about lights as i should be.... those twisty lights that fit in regular light sockets, are they flourescent? can they be used? sorry if I sound like a dumbass.....

I have a 400Watt HPS with 50,000 lumens and my question is should I use a different light at the Germination/Veg state and then use the HPS for flowering period? Or go full HPS through out till harvest? Little room info: 1 400Watt Hps (on a lifter so can raise and lower the light as needed) Room is like 8x8 growing 3plants atm Run a Circulating fan full time room is wrapped in reflective foil to spread the light evenly My plants now are in the Rating: 5
