Chavs are individuals only in a biological sense. They all think exactly the same, and are based almost completely on instinct.

They see their friends (pack) wearing a certain kind of clothes. They comply, for fear of being ejected from the pack.

They go everywhere in their packs.

They gain respect only be being "well 'ard." Just like most animals, especially those that live together in large groups. Like chavs.

Their thought processes are very basic. It is as easy to outwit a chav as it is to outwit a sheep. When chavs are trying to look tough when they are squaring up to someone, they stretch themselves as tall as they can, and spread their arms out. This is EXACTLY the same thing that geese do when they are trying to look tough. And the thing is, chavs actually believe that is proves that they are stronger or "'arder" then others.

The "'ardest" chav in a group will usually be the alpha male, they don't make group decisions as humans do, they are lead by one as animals are. There will usually be serveral females in a group, who are there for no reason other than the follow the males around. From the age of 12-13 they are used as breeding stock and will be swapped from male to male. This is seen as an achievement amongst the females.
