Shrooms have a shorter duration and seem to leave me less dazed and strung out afterwards. The high is both visual and mental, though a bit more mellow than acid. I've always felt acid was a little to harsh.

I always thought acid was like a revolving door where you never knew where you would come (or be thrown) out. Mushrooms were more like an elevator, a pleasant trip from which you return from where you started, though a bit wiser.

Plus, mushrooms are natural, not manmade. God put it there so you could get closer to him -- or maybe that was peyote

I definetly was seeing shit but mentally I felt there. I was able to walk down the hall, down the stairs, and go outside for a bit, then get back in my buddy's apartment. The music definetly sounded different and more intense. Am I correct to assume that to get the most out of acid that one should do maybe 2-3 blotters? one thing that was really nuts was my friend shined a laser pointer at me and I felt it "zapping" me.
