The American Taliban
Not all private schools are better than public schools. I went to a non-secular private middle school which was excellent. Afterwards I went to a Catholic high school for my freshman and sophmore year and public high school for my junior and senior year. I have to say the public high schools were far better. Both in education provided and overall atmosphere. At the Catholic school it seemed that teaching the students to be good, God fearing Catholics was far more important than giving them a good education. Fail alegbra, who cares? Fail theology, now that's a different story.
Of course, Catholic girl were easy so I did have a lot of fun there

My 5 year old in first grade told me that Jesus wrote the law and that cops inforce the law. So with a simple logic train that she has no idea she is even doing. She is relateing the police and military to be enforceing the word of god.
I will let my children have their own beleifs but I will not let them beleive something false.
These men and women are enforceing the word of MAN.
Peace.

sounds like something a 5 year old would say.she sounds like a cutie.
i believe in god,it is my opinion.if my child chooses not to,cool, that dosent bother me at all,its their life, not mine.
i will never force my opinions on my child, even if i disagree with their views.\"even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could.\"

Its primary idea is trust. A thing is true, and
therefore worthy of trust. It admits of many degrees up to full assurance of
faith, in accordance with the evidence on which it rests. Faith is the result
of teaching (Rom. 10:14-17).
