can't be high. I meen, I butcher mother plants to the point that they have two or three sets of leaves. I don't think there is much hermaphrodication during veg, but once in flower if you cut a lot of foliage and buds early, screw with the lights, or give it bad nutes it has a fair chance of becoming a hermie
