I have found that the best way to deal with ignorant people (AKA sheep of society) is to suceed. I am a graduating Sr., graduating in a few weeks with a BA in Communication Studies, and made the Deans list last semester to boot (A shock to my mother, i assure you). I smoke pot FREQUENTLY, even more so since I became a legal medical user a month ago. I CHOOSE to smoke after my homework is done and i am free to relax. SOme people my age chose to drink alcohol. I chose to smoke pot instead. I have free will and live in a, supposedly, free country. If I chose to subject my lungs and my body to pot smoke (Much like many people enjoy the freedom to subject their lungs to ciggerette smoke) then thats MY f'ing business and no one elses. A person should judge me for who I am, not my personal habbits if my personal habbits affect only myself an no others. If your "friend" cant accept the fact that you like to smoke pot, then continue being who you are, suceed, and perhaps one day he will understand that its none of his damn business how you relax or what you do to your OWN body. I'd also point out that smoking addictive nicotine, drinking brain cell killing booze, and ingesting all sorts of cancerous, unhealthy products into our bodies is all acceptable behavior and sanctioned by our government. Perhaps he should be questioning why a harmless plant is being so oppressed by the gov when so much other "harmful" material is supported (and taxed....uh oh, someone is going to be forced to use their BRAIN!!!) rather than hasteling you over a personal choice on how you chose to relax your body and your mind.
