there was a yacht of the coast of England selling Alcohol VAT free,

because it is classed as International waters 3 miles out it was all legal,

until the authorities found away to do them,

Arn't all drugs decriminalized in portugal?

I think cannabis seeds are perfectly legal in Portugal and most other countries. It is the growing part which is probably not allowed.

Uh yes the town of Nimbin! Basically everyone in Australia knows about Nimbin and it's lovely assetts. Marijuana and shrooms are VERY easy to get there, i mean easy as in you don't even need to ask someone. A couple of my mates went there and as soon as they got off the bus an individual came up to them and said "hey mate, you after some cookies or shrooms?".
The Nimbin festival is on the first weekend of May i think, usually about 10,000-20,000 people all getting blazed on the streets.
I'm planning a roadtrip up there somewhere between November and January. It's going to be awesome!
Also, the cops do turn a blind eye, but they patrol the streets pretty frequently and try to get dealers off the streets if they can.

I must refute that. I think in at least 5-10 years it may be legal and fully regulated. We'll see. However, they just might not US "drug tourists" in. lol. The real problem is pressure coming from the US. The US is the only obstacle affecting Canadian legalization. If the US was enlightened as Canada, both countries would be very good and effective drug policies.
