Just to be absolutely clear on this point, there are currently NO countries where marijuana is actually legal. Even in the Netherlands, it is technically illegal, but tolerated.

I know in Jamaica it is illegal but it is not so strict there. What about Austrailia and New Zealand. When i get out of high school i plan on living in one of those countries for a year.
