There is coffeeshops in Geneve Switzerland that I have been to, though it is not legal.

I know in Jamaica it is illegal but it is not so strict there. What about Austrailia and New Zealand. When i get out of high school i plan on living in one of those countries for a year. Just to be absolutely clear on this point, there are currently NO countries where marijuana is actually legal. Even in the Netherlands, it is technically illegal, but tolerated.

Another place where it is pretty much tolerated by the authorities is the town of Nimbin, New South Wales, Australia. Apparently they even have an annual festival called Mardi Grass.

i once spoke to an australian man and he was a big smoker and he was telling me if i ever went there to go to Nimbin and find grandma's place or somthing.....he was wasted but i heard that its a good place to go from a few people now...
