whats up razer,i do it almost the way that you do,except i dont use a heating pad,and i make sure that all the tools and stuff are very clean,(i wash everything with alcohol first)could it be that the heating pad is making them transpire?i use room temp(mid70s)and i keep the cubes just slightly damp,seems like they grow roots faster when i water them less,after a few days i give them a 1/4 dose of bloom fert,and they take off....bonbon http://www.simplyhydro.com/cuttings.htm
