I'm doing 2 5 gal DWC hydros right now. I started with 4 but 2 were male. I can't always attend my grow and go longer then 7-10 nutrient change. I will usually add an equal ratio of ph water + nutrient amount to fill back up.

This has worked fine for me. I would recommend the 7-10 day change if u can do it. I am physically unable to due to security concerns at my location.

These are for a single DWC system: 1. How are the nutes added if the lid is not to be opened due to roots not liking light? 2. What's the difference from adding a control bucket to circulate the water as apposed to simply having one bucket with an air pump/air stone? Rating: 5
