pot is illegal because the government won't admit that they've been lying to us since the 30's.

also, if they legalized the herb, the cotton industry would go up in smoke. so would the other industries that hemp could replace.

I wish the only "drug" that is available was pot becuase then the government wouldn't call pot a "gateway drug". Also, it is the fact that poeple grow pot, so therefore the government would have a hard time making taxes off of sold pot because some guy grew it in his basement. I do not believe pot will be legal in every US state in my life time at all. Here is my Rating: 5
