That is a tough question. I would choose B just because id rather blaze a doob rather than get drunk. Alcohol is much more dangerous than the holy herb.

I LOVE weed, and I don't drink alcohol EVER. I think I might have to go with A though. Look at alcohol prohibition in America, that was a disaster. The crime was outrageous. People now get their trees now without too many issues. At least we don't have the kind of ORGANIZED crime it takes to feed the masses desire for booze. So personally, for safety's sake I would choose A. Though you wouldn't hear me complaining if they DID make weed legal
