Hi, i have just put my lights back to 12/12 a couple of days ago. Does anyone know how long it takes before you can tell the sex of the plant?

You can generally tell sex in about a week. Two at latest. The male flowers usually show first (small grape like clusters at internodes). The females show white hairs (pistils). It is possible to have both, if the strain is susceptible to going hermie or if you stress it out it can also go hermie. If you are only after big buds, then Kill the males and hermies.
