best thing to do is powdered mdma as aposed to pills but still be carefull not to take too much.

just don't go for brown speckly ones ( there scaggy- downer ) always go for blue speckly !! mitsy's always a good bet

yer you can drink too much water, if you drink too much it floods your brain, i think a few people have died from drinking too much water on ecstasy
