Without pics, there is little to diagnose and advise.

Never spray vinegar on the plant leaf surface. Vinegar is great to lower the water pH or the soil pH but too acidic on vegatation.

The soap was a good idea mixed with water and spray misted.

Makes the leaves nice and siny too.

They might be too far gone, but I would go and spray water and a tab of baking soda on the leaves....just a tad...like one teaspoon per spray bottle.

You will need to try and neutralize the high acid vinager now on the foilage.

    Good luck.

    Looks like foiliar burn.

Don't use vinager on the foilage....

The new leaves look ok so dont worry about it...those older leaves will be but shrivels in memory anyhow.

I would just plain water spray the plant and do it several times over the next few days.

What kinda dirt are they in anyhow?

Just spray them with non chlorinated water everday for a while.

    long time before that

would they be better off indoors?

Yes if the conditions are appropriate, and the lighting is proper.

STOP the ferts for now. Too young to need it and they recovery. NON CHLORINATED WATER ONLY pH to 7.0
