First of all let it be known that I am VERY much pro-pot! But I do understand the supreme courts decision in this matter. It would be like if the fine states of Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee all passed a pro-slave act. (DON"T even think that it wouldn't in some of these back woods states.) Would the Feds say o.k., we'll just post Black Man Beware signs on the interstate systems entering these states or would they enforce the law as intended?
State by state will pass Marijuana acts until there is enough "National" support shown to make changes in the Fed. Just gotta get more states on board or possibly put in a national reforendom in the next elections. Just a thought.

The decision is a stinging defeat for marijuana advocates who had successfully pushed 10 states to allow the drug's use to treat various illnesses. Rating: 5
