i'm the manager where i work and we used to always go out back and smoke a bowl when it wasn't busy.

but of course the extent of my responsibilites is moving ice cream from one freezer to another and writing happy birthday on people's cakes.

the guy who was manager before me never smoked AT work, but once he got arrested on his dinner break for smoking, and my owner didn't care... she just called me in and a few weeks later the other guy got fired for closing 4 hours early, so i got promoted
