just make sure u don't get stoned and forget to eat healthy. i stick to a diet of a peanut butter sandwich in the morning, along with a glass of milk and a glass of OJ and a multivitamin. i'll eat whatever munchies i scrounge up during the day, but usually eat a pretty well rounded dinner. unless i work late and then its wendy's 99 cent menu all the way.

in short... don't be a dumbass and get fat from eating chips and icecream all day long.
