Try blowing out most of the air from your lungs (not like pushing it all out, just a good breath out), hold it in your mouth for a couple seconds, then inhale deep and HOLD IT for 7 seconds. Also, breath so that you feel your ribcage expand all around, you get more that way (thank you to my yoga teacher )

Its not that i've become more used to it, its that I never got high, even my first few times. Now i've been smoking for a couple of months, and whenever I am "high", I'm barely high. For example I smoked 4 bowls last night, on my own over 2 hours, and i was fine. Has anyone ever heard of like a natural tolerance to thc? Or did my mom smoke too much in the 60's and just fuck me over? Rating: 5
