It seems to me they wouldn't be allowed to talk to the police. That would interfere with the patients privacy rights. If you are underage and people take you in for alcohol poisoning they don't call the cops. I don't see why the weed thing would be any different. Maybe I'm wrong though.

(as usual, for some reason Waukesha likes to suck all the energy out of storms right away so we never get any cool storms, just shitty rain). But anyway, I love to blaze during thunder storms. So let's say I have a pipe and a few bowls in my pocket and I get sucked through a window headfirst in to a tree by a tornady and end up in the hospital. And they took all of my clothes off and shit, and went through my pockets looking for Rating: 5
