How do you roll a joint?

And don't just follow along with the page when it comes time to roll those j's ... start practicing now and as you go along and make nice rolls you keep those and just start another paper with a messed up one.

I can't roll one worth a shit because of step 2 though . everytime I try rolling back and forth it falls out the ends, but more of a problem for me, it seems to keep slipping out upwards. am I doing something wrong?

easy to say when your technique is correct. you may not realize it becuase it comes naturally to you, but you DO have a proper technique, one that comes without thought to some and with difficulty to others.

it's kinda in the middle for me....i mean i know how to do it perfectly....but i just don't have good control over my hands.....so sometimes if i'm not all shakey it takes like maybe 10 seconds to twist up a decent j, but if i am shakey it can take upwards of ten minutes to get it done.....
