Do it before a party, and charge people money for five minutes in the room. Or, don't charge them, have your friends over, and chill in the room. No smoking involved, and you're baked within minutes.

Cut the top that screws on the top of the 2L bottle and insert your bong bowl or something that you wish to smoke through.
