paranoia while high?

I don't know about paranoia, but sometimes when I walk my dog in my complex at night, while high, I become super-alert at small noises & stuff. It's a pretty nice complex, so there's not a huge reason for me to be all alert... it might be the weed I suppose.

I usually smoke at home in my cozy place, watching movies or comedy central or something entertaining. I cannot smoke & go out in public much ('cept to the movies), because I am pretty noticable... one of those people who gets extremely squinty & stuff. It was funny in massage school, because everyone got high at lunch, but wouldn't let me smoke if we had to go back to class (too noticable, hehehe).

So I guess I just know my limitations & just do it at home or with good friends when we don't have to do anything 'cept chill & be happy.

I was the same way. The first time I smoked I was paranoid like hell. I was always looking over my shoulder and thinking someone was following me or someshit. I was nervous as hell. But I soon learned to relax and now it is a really enjoyable feeling.

yeah when i smoke thats my time to unwind and just think about nuthin or at least forget about shit thats botherin me at the mo. try not to smoke in stressfull situations cause that can cause paranoia to some people

I feel you dude, one time at the beach my girls brother, a friend, and I blazed a couple of joints, some dank ass herb - probly best ive ever had, but after we were done my girl and I got in the shower, I felt like the bathtub was spinning and i got clostrophobic and shit, I had to get out and lay down - i eventually slept it off. I couldve sworn it was laced, everyone else was fine though.
