I was going to but besides Ross Perot, I cannot think of a time when an Independent mattered if at all. Not that I am against Independents as I myself voted for Ross and almost registered as an Independent but to be honest it always comes down to Dem Vs Rep

A Republican until the Dems can come up with better alternatives from top to bottom. Threads like this get locked pretty fast on another MB that some of us spend time on. The last election made people too crazy. My teenage daughter actually cried when Kerry lost; was convinced there was no tomorrow...

It's a shame Dean self-destructed. At least he's entertaining.

thats the way I see independents too. I don't want to commit to someone just because they belong to a certain party I have to beleive in the person...Right now Howard Dean is sounding pretty good.

true about indepen. I do not like the fact I cannot vote for a rep or dem untill election day if I reg Ind.

And it is the end of the world as we know it, Bush has fucked this country up, the whole world hates us it seems.

Maybe France, Germany and Russia knew I raq had no WMD and that Bush was just being a Nazi Asshole. I am sure glad I spent part of my life fighting in a war that was unjust, but hey... It was the right thing to do, right?
