It can be.. I frequently use my one hitter with cigarette style bat..plus I get REALLY GOOD kinebud or whatver it is..I'v been smokin for years and I can get high off of like 2-3 hits of this stuff with the one hitter...

I dont drive with the one hitter, though.....I always drive a clean car I dont need that kinda shit....
