because although i respect del,he's an ass about things like that,he is refering to penguins munchies post a while back when he was banned because(or some people say anyway)del got pissy and singled penguin out,im not saying del is a bad person or is always wrong but i think he certainly singled penguin out for no reason(and i do know the whole story but its 2 am and i can be botherd to post it all...)
