Every avatar I use is too big and mine is even smaller than the one you have

Ok, this is very frustrating, I have resized pics for my avi and they are still too big, if I make them any smaller you wont be able to see them.

resize w a photo editor to 100 X 100 pixels or less. It will look OK when you upload, but I guess it will depend on what you start with.
