OK, so if you were born without any of your 5 senses, touch-sound-sight-hearing-taste, would you even be aware that you existed? or would you be self aware and go insane? I'm not really sure you'd even be aware of your existence, but I don't know.

Well, maybe you'd think that that's the way life is. You're not aware of what the 5 senses actually are because you've never thought about 'em. You'd definately be aware of your existence, but you wouldn't go insane. Or, at least I hope not

you wouldn't be able to survive without your senses, so you'd just be dead. if you can't see, hear, taste, touch, or smell, you won't be able to sense any danger, so you'd just die. Yeah, you could think, but all your thinking comes from memory and what you already know to base new information on, but memory comes from your senses. so if you have no senses, you have no memory, which means you have no decent thought. thus you'd never think about danger in an experienced sense so you'd find it and not realize it and eventually die.

i hope that made sense to everyone cause it made perfect fucking sense to me.

Yes, an idea is a type of thought.

Your 5 senses are all that tie you to reality, amd since a connection to reality is what makes us alive, I think in a spiritual sense we'd be dead. If not in the technical sense.
