I always thought first offense is a fine, probation including drug tests, school and local police notified and possible juvie time if your selling or whatever.

you will recieve a $250 for a Gram or less (fine goes up as the grams go up) possbile juve time depending if it iz ur 1st charge and amount of herb 6 months probation School and Police notified and last but not least the worst beating of ur life by ur parents (this iz in virginia so it could be diff in other states) this happen to me a few years back. . .
