yah weed and tobacco gives you lung cancer throat too or whatever part of your body that nasty smoke goes too.. smoke are harmful to human lungs..
it gives you cough right? it means it's irritating your throat. irritation means the throat doesnt want that and it's bad for it.

i saw something about breaks and cleaning ur lungs, does this really help? i regularly take breaks and if it cleans out my lungs and lesses chances of stuff happening thatd be great.. dont think so tho somehow
