DXM is fun, but stupid, but if you must how is some info. Yes, cough syrup is the best way other then getting pure DXM because the cough syrup only has DXM as active. The trip is different everytime about (for me anyways), it last for 5 to 8 hours depending on dose, side effects include trouble peeing, burning skin, itchy skin. Don't do too much as it could be dangorous, so start out on just one 4 oz. bottle of Robitussin Maximum Strength Cough and make sure thats what you get. Drink, lay down for about an hour and enjoy.

So to enjoy the effects of DXM I have to down a 4 oz bottle of Robitussin? *gags*

Ummm...sorry. You're misinformed. DXM is only harmful to your body in extreme amounts. Doing anywhere from 354 - 1500 isn't gonna kill ya. But, at a high dose like 1500, you may end up thinking you're dying, so you have a bad trip.
I've done DXM about...7-9 times, and I haven't felt hardly ANY side effects save for one. In the morning, when I wake up, I usually wake up about 5 hours earlier, and my muscles feel shaky when I stand. After a little bit, that goes away, though.

You could either down the syrup, or you can buy the gelcaps and just down those. No gross after taste, and almost everyone who does the gelcaps don't feel the urge to puke afterwards. Personally, I think it IS the taste of the cough syrup, and the fact that you keep thinking, "I just downed cough syrup. That's gross." THAT'S what makes you wanna puke. That...and if you had a full stomach, there is a chance of the syrup interacting with your food, and it not feeling good.

Either way, I've only puked once on DXM and that was because I ate 3 hotdogs and some chips and dip before I did it because I didn't think I was gonna be able to do it. About an hour and a half after taking it, I went to the bathroom, lifted up the seat, and didn't even have to try. Just opened my mouth and it AAALLLL came out. The picture wasn't pretty. Anyway, the DXM was already absorbed, so after sorta brushing my teeth ( I was FUCKED) I laid down and listening to Marley and Floyd the rest of the night.

No offense to hipEstoner, but using Triple C's is one of the worst ways to get DXM. The other active ingredients in there (mostly CPM) is very bad in high doses. Some say it adds to the trip, but it also increases chances of you having a bad trip, and/or dying. I tried it once, and that was enough for me. It wasn't that I didn't LIKE it, it was just that I don't want to do it again because it gave me a HUGE headache the day after, and I'm not sure why.

A handful of fatalities have been reported from DXM-alone (more are reported from DXM combined with other drugs), but the dosages taken for these fatal overdoses are uncertain. I will admit, it's not as "natural" but cannabis is a drug like any other, including DXM. Dont be a Punk and use the Pharmacy section to get my Fix's im not that hard up to need to Use DXM iv just heard alot about it and thought id see what its like. People shouldent just jump on people like that, he doesent even kno me. If i was just a *SOME PUNK TRYING TO GET MY FIX* like clevemire nicely put it for me, i wouldent care about side affects or even bothered 2 even ask about half the stuff i asked. i would have just Ran up to The Pharm and got some, and downed it hopin id get a FIX.
