has anyone seen, or had mental problems caused by smoking on just a regular unsuspecting smoker?
i just wonder if its anything to watch out for, and if there are any signs etc

yes im afraid i have, not on me personally, but two people i know got drug induced psycosis after years of heavy smoking, and there was another guy who i never met who had an incredibly bad reaction and got it after only one spliff. terrible stuff- just very unlucky

xnoa, as a heads up, don't smoke alone. Marijuana has a pretty powerful disociative effect on people who smoke a lot of weed alone. I know that my freind and former mentor has now completely lost his mind because of my mistake of re-introducing him to it. Basically, don't smoke every day, try not to think about it and smoke in groups of like 3 or 4

my friend at one time was smoking an 8th a day, he still seems okay. and i worry about me smoking about half a bowl a day.

i thought i was going nuts from weed, but that was mainly a result of nervous breakdown from school and work, and not getting any sleep for 2 days and having a fucked up sleeping schedule.

I think I have a very mild form of psychosis, I feel like I'm in a dream constantly, even when I havn't smoked for weeks. It's not ADD because I don't have any trouble concentrating, but this is just my guess. Nothing too serious.

people call it 'psychosis', i kind of have something similar foo. I can go to study and concentrate, but just walking things seem much more pleasant than prior in my life when I didn't smoke weed. The sun is brighter and flowers more colorful. see it not as a psychosis, but an unlocking of the mind to experience reality more fully.

This is pretty scary stuff. Im pretty sure I had a psychotic episode after taking salvia. I thought I was insane. Im very strong minded, however. I was in full control, and rationalizing what was happening. Must have just been the after effect of the salvia, scared the shit out of me...

i smoke by myself all the time and i don't really have any problem with it....maybe it's the mental state you're in at the time? i unno i've smoked by myself a whole lot more than with someone, mainly because alot of the people i hang out with are the stupid stoners and i'd rather chill and enjoy my high then watch someone being stupid or coming up with the most retarded ideas......

i officialy quit weed a week ago bc it messed me up mentaly for about a week, and i like to be the way i was meant to be (how god created me)

It was a weird feeling, like half stoned (not all there) and half normal. It was so weird. Im not going back to weed bc of that.

i wonder if eating it would be better, bc it mainly deals with the body rather then the mind.

i had no mind on salvia, that shit is motherfucking insane. if that's legal, the government should hand out 500mcg hits of LSD.
